Where are you located?

Our design studio is located in Iowa, but as a small business, we partner with print providers to help with our manufacturing. These providers are US-based businesses and located in California, Texas, and Virginia. Having multiple locations helps keep costs affordable and gets orders to you faster.

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Because every order is printed specifically upon purchase, it takes an average of 2-7 business days to create and prepare your custom-made order for shipping. More than 50% of our orders are created, packaged, and shipped within 3 business days or less. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following business day. Please also keep in mind that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. Once your items have been fulfilled and moved on to the shipping carrier, average delivery times will vary based on the shipping partner.

Understanding the difference in shipping options:

Economy shipping: Please note, when selecting economy shipping that your rates may be slighter cheaper. However, economy shipping is often slower than standard shipping. The average delivery range is that your order will be received within 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after the product has been created, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Standard shipping: Please note, when selecting standard shipping that your rates may be slightly higher than economy. However, standard shipping is often a little quicker than economy shipping. The average delivery range is that your order will be received within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after the product has been created, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you order more than one item you may receive your purchase in multiple packages. With some of our items (mostly our accessories, small gifts, and household items), we use a different print company than we do for apparel. Because of this, there may be instances where your order arrives in multiple packages at different times. We do try to limit this, but also want to provide more options for you. If you ever have a question about this, please reach out to our support team at hello@iammade.co.

What is the best way to care for my new graphic apparel?

To ensure your DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed garments remain vibrant and in great condition, follow these care tips:

  1. Wash your garments inside out in cold water to protect the print and fabric.
  2. Use a gentle cycle and avoid harsh detergents or bleach, which can damage both the print and fabric.
  3. Air dry your garments whenever possible.
  4. Avoid ironing directly over the print; instead, iron on the reverse side or use a pressing cloth to prevent any potential damage.
By following these steps, you can keep your DTG-printed apparel looking fresh and vibrant for longer.
